The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to walk around without any obstacles. The staff even offered their assistance whenever I needed it, which made me feel cared for and valued.

I would have loved if there were more activities specifically tailored for senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings where we can make new friends and enjoy each other's company.

The location was perfect, just 60 metres away from Poole Quay Boat Haven & Port of Poole Marina. We were able to easily explore the area and enjoy the beautiful waterfront.

The building is a bit of a maze and the car park is a little walk away, especially if you have heavy bags. It would be helpful if they provided trolleys for guests to use.
